SKY HIGH is affiliated to the European Bungee Sports Association (EBSA), which is a regulatory body designed to oversee the safe and efficient running of member clubs. At SKY HIGH safety is our number one priority. We have a 100% safety record. As members of EBSA , we operate to standards laid out in their Code of Safe Practice. We recognize that the human factor can never be eliminated and we have done our best to eliminate any risks by employing a redundancy policy within our procedure ensuring actions and equipment are checked and backed up. The standards designated by EBSA have been checked out and verified by Health & Safety Enforcement Officials who are responsible for the safe operation of the sport within the UK. SKY HIGH carries an insurance policy up to £5 million specifically for Bungee jumping. What shall I wear? We suggest casual outdoor clothing. Fancy dress can be catered for, however we do reserve the right to decline to jump anybody in an outfit which could compromise safety procedures. You will not be allowed to jump wearing glasses. It is possible to jump wearing contact lenses, however we advise against this, and cannot accept responsibility if they are lost. Notes for Bungee Jumpers Individuals who wish to participate in the activity of Bungee Jumping should have a reasonable standard of fitness and should not be overweight in relation to their sex, age and height. A minimum age requirement of 14 years has been set for all applicants to participate. For all applicants under the age of 18 we require written consent, addressed to SKY HIGH , from a parent or legal guardian. If you are at all unsure about any medical condition which may prohibit you from Bungee Jumping, we strongly advise that you seek professional advice by consulting your doctor.
